Refund Policy

Effective Date: 30 July 2025

At Swimrun Monaco, we aim to be fair and transparent in all our dealings with members, participants, and partners. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.

1. 🧾 Membership Fees

Membership fees are used to support club activities, training sessions, and member benefits throughout the season.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases of administrative error or exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness or relocation).

  • Requests for refunds must be made in writing to swimrun@monaco.mc, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

2. 🤝 Partner Races & Discounts

If you register for a swimrun race via one of our partner race organisers using a club discount code:

  • All payments and refund policies are handled by the race organiser, not Swimrun Monaco.

  • We are not responsible for any third-party race cancellation, deferral, or refund.

  • We recommend reviewing the refund policy of each organiser before booking.

3. 📩 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (where applicable), please email us at:

Please include your full name, the event or fee in question, date of payment, and reason for the request.

We aim to respond within 5 working days.

4. 🔁 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
